Frances is highly experienced in the area of people performance improvements, having held training and development positions within the international and corporate sector specialising in the skills areas of Customer Relationship Management, Commercial Awareness, Sales, Leadership and Marketing.

She has worked with the public and private sector across a variety of leading organizations delivering key projects in the areas of assessment, development, training, and coaching and team development. She is a passionate, high energy, highly motivated person with a unique blend of topic expertise and business acumen.

Frances is a full member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds BTEC equivalent NVQ Level 4 as a Trained Assessor using competency based framework, she holds BPS Level A and B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a number of psychometric personality tests. She is also Belbin Roles accredited.
