	Kathryn Mearing BSc (Hons), Msc Occupational Psychologist

Kathryn is an Occupational Psychologist with a wealth of people management and development experience gained during a 19 year career in FTSE 100 FMCG organisations such as Diageo. Her corporate experience as a senior manager in sales and marketing led organisations equips her with a pragmatic, commercial approach to business psychology. Kathryn has international experience working in a variety of business sectors, and has focused on the following areas:

• Individual and group assessment techniques for personnel selection and development including the management of high volume assessment centres;
• Diversity and Inclusion research and best practice guidance;
• Off-site meeting design and facilitation and Employee opinion surveys;

She is also an experienced and popular trainer retained by a major financial sector client as a core member of their in-house training team.

Kathryn is a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP). She holds her Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is qualified to use a wide variety of psychometric tools.
