	Angie Ingman BSc (Hons), Msc C Psychol Chartered Occupational Psychologist

Angie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with experience in public and private sector organisations. She has designed, facilitated and implemented both Assessment and Development Centres at senior management levels, latterly focusing on identifying development needs across teams and codification of the process for future use. Angie is also an experienced trainer and coach, working predominantly within the sales and leadership arena, focusing on commercial acumen as well as skill development. In addition, she has also worked on a behavioural change programme with front-line staff within railway maintenance. Angie uses a combination of good humour, determination and energy to achieve the set outcomes with all her clients.

Angie is qualified to administer, interpret and give feedback on a all Level A ability tests and a wide range of psychometric (Level B) instruments, including Saville WAVE, Hogan HPI and HPS, OPQ, Talent Q, 15FQ+, 16PF. She is also WAVE 360 trained, Belbin Roles accredited and has a Diploma in Business Coaching. Angie is convenor of the Career Development Group within the Division of Occupational Psychologists, a voluntary role, supporting members throughout their psychology careers and she also carries out a Supervisory role, supporting practitioners through the Chartership process.
